New Horizon Village is a cooperative and residents are considered members of the community cooperative. Each resident pays a membership fee (similar to a refundable deposit) upon moving into the community. A member has the same rights as many homeowners but the benefits are similar to a condo association. Our credit and criminal background check fee is $0 (similar to an apartment application fee). Your gas heat is included in your monthly fee.
